Ryan R Wagner Scholarship Fund

The Scholarship Fund was established to keep Ryan's Dream of College Education Alive. Ryan was very focused and knew what he wanted to do after High School.  This years recipients will be notified at the senior awards night. All donations made to fund are federal tax deductible as a registered  501c3 charity through the Delaware Community Foundation, which administers the fund.
